1. About the Challenge. The 28-Day Challenge ("Challenge") is an online habit-building program offered by Preventive Health AI. It runs over 28 days through WhatsApp and includes daily messages, check-in polls, live online sessions, and session recordings. It focuses on four habits: salad before meals, a walk after meals, protein intake, and hydration.
2. Eligibility. You must have an active WhatsApp account.
3. Fees and Payment. The fee is ₹999 for participants in India and USD 49 for participants outside India, inclusive of applicable taxes. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay (India) and Stripe (international). We do not store your card or bank details. Your seat is confirmed only after your payment succeeds.
4. Delivery of Service. This is a digital service, and nothing physical is shipped. Within 48 hours of successful payment, and before your cohort's start date, we will confirm your participation with your registered phone number. 5. Health Disclaimer. The Challenge is for general wellness and education only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. You take part voluntarily. Stop any activity that causes discomfort.
6. Community Conduct. Please be respectful in the group. Spam, promotions, forwarded misinformation, and sharing other members' details outside the group are not allowed. We may remove anyone who breaks these rules, after a warning.
7. Content. All Challenge content, including messages, videos, tip cards, and recordings, belongs to us and is for your personal use only. It may not be copied, redistributed, or resold.
8. Changes. Howsoever unlikely, we may need to reschedule sessions or adjust content to improve the program. If we cancel a cohort, you will receive a full refund.
9. Liability. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the fee you paid.
10. Governing Law. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of New Delhi have jurisdiction.
